CAN ASC Log Viewer

by John Della Rosa

Inspect CAN bus ASC logs, summarize message IDs, filter frames, and plot raw payload bytes.

Upload a Vector-style ASC CAN bus log and inspect messages directly in your browser. The viewer summarizes CAN IDs, filters frames, plots raw payload bytes, and can decode little-endian DBC signals.

It is not a replacement for Vector CANalyzer, CANoe, busmaster, SavvyCAN, python-can, or cantools, but it can be useful for quick inspection when you only need to view, filter, plot, or decode a small log file.

No file loaded.
Limitations: This viewer is intended for inspection, debugging, and educational use. CAN logs may contain vendor-specific conventions, CAN FD frames, diagnostic traffic, J1939 messages, remote frames, error frames, and nonstandard ASC variants. Parsed values should be independently validated before being used for engineering, safety, calibration, compliance, or production decisions.
